The E-NABLE network is extremely impressive: they utilize 3D printing to create plain, low-cost prosthetics for kids who are growing too fast to be eligible for regular ones. Their most recent beneficiary is Liam Porter from Georgia, who was presented with the Storm Trooper Prosthetic Arm by John Peterson.

Peterson met with some Star Wars cosplayers at a Maker Faire, who motivated him to layout Porter’s arm to appear like a clone trooper’s arm. Furthermore, the cosplayers on their own were there at the awarding of the prosthetic to add more fun to the event and a dose of geekiness. When Liam gets the prosthetics, he looks totally astonished – check out the video below.
