The LEIF is considered the most intense electric rideable available to buy. Among the board’s special features is its ability of going up hill by itself – no chairlift needed. You will direct the Leif board through a thumb slider on the easy wireless control. The board can reach speeds around 20 miles per hour (32.1 km/h) and drive for about 8 miles (12.9 km) on one charge.
As opposed to all other electric rideables, any part on the LEIF can be repaired or swapped by an allen-wrench set and a classic screwdriver. Each wire and electronic element has a plug connection, instead of a soldered joint.
The engineers also doubled the quantity of soldering needed during production to deploy bullet connectors to the technologically links – meaning everything down to the system board can be instantly and quickly substituted out by the user with no soldering or delivering the board back and patiently waiting weeks for fixes!
