The FinalStraw is a reusable straw which comes in a foldable form factor, which makes it more straightforward to pack than any reusable straw. Given its feature, it should boost its chances of being used by a whole lot more people.
It contains a BPA-free stainless-steel straw that crumples into a keychain case, letting you bring it along with your keys, so there is small chance you will fail to remember to carry it along for the day. The handy size should make it very easy to carry in case you keep your keys in the pocket or perhaps in an EDC case. You don’t need to keep it in a keychain, even though doing so need to ensure that you can reduce the odds of losing it as you’re out there.
It is not telescoping, incidentally, so the diameter of the opening is similar all during its length, which means you will be able to drink out of it the same way as a normal straw. A basic but smart folding device lets it go from full-length to folded and the other way round almost instantly, with the locking components kicking in once it’s fully unfolded to make sure it doesn’t unintentionally fold down while drinking.
