Designed with a seat post that’s a bit nearer to the handlebars compared to most typical bikes, the 2-wheeler can make more space in the back. It boasts a long back rack that can fit up to 2 child-sized seats, all while measuring no longer than most typical commuter e-bikes at 71 inches. Significantly, this thing is small enough to fit inside the little elevators you find in the majority of apartment structures, which makes it perhaps the only cargo bike with such a small profile.
The Tern GSD’s back rack can be equipped with either panniers, two child-sized seats, or a seat pad, letting you pack it with whatever you require for the day’s errands. You may also use it to strap down a huge box or large bag, with the bicycle able to hold payloads of around 400 lbs. There’s also another basket that can fix on the front structure just above the fork, so there is simply no lack of room to hold all your items.
