McDonald’s is the most famous fast food chain in the world. They always have creative advertisements to promote their menu of various delicious and affordable meals. Recently, McDonald’s worked with two aerospace engineering companies to redesign a simple straw into a new piece which they named STRAW, which stands for Suction Tube for Reverse Axial Withdrawal. It was made to fully appreciate the two layers of mint and chocolate from its brand-new line of dual-layered Chocolate Shamrock Shake.
STRAW’s J-shaped includes three holes in the walls and another one hole at the tail end so consumers can enjoy both flavors in a single sip. Once the level of the shake is below the hole at the bottom (U’s apex) it will start to suck in shake. Manage to find the perfect position between two layers of the drink, for an ideal 50/50 ratio of flavors. STRAW is only available in a limited quantity at a particular location, visit McDonald’s page to find out the stores wherein STRAW is available.
